How we assign appointments
We try to allocate appointments at the consultation centre closest to your home address. However, it is sometimes necessary to schedule consultations at the next-nearest location.
It is not possible for you to choose the centre at which you will have your consultation, but we will consider requests in line with DfC guidance and will accommodate changes where possible.
If you feel you are unable to travel to a consultation centre, please contact Capita.
