Compliance status

This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.

Non-accessible content

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

PDFs and other documents

Some of our PDF documents are essential to providing our services. For example, travel directions and assessment centre location details. We are currently working through these documents and replacing them with accessible versions.

Video

Whilst we have provided accessible captions and scripts for all our video content, we are aware that the 3rd party video player used, has accessible commands for “play”, ”pause”, ”stop” but where multiple videos exist on a single page, it is not explicitly stated which video the command relates to. We are currently looking to repaginate those impacted web pages to minimise/remove this issue.
